Professional Experience

Thomas Webb is an associate attorney with Clarke Silverglate and currently serves as a director for the Miami-Dade Bar, Young Lawyer Section. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a defense litigation firm representing clients in employment, construction, and insurance matters. 

Thomas graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Business Law Review and the Vice President of Advanced Appellate Advocacy for the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board. As part of the Moot Court Board, Thomas received the Humberto J. Peña award for the best overall advocate at the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition and the Best Brief award at the 2024 Hunton Andrews Kurth Moot Court National Championship.

Also in law school, Thomas interned in the Southern District of Florida for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez and with the Environmental Justice Clinic at University of Miami School of Law. He also mentored 1L students as a Dean’s Fellow in Contracts and served as the liaison for the Miami-Dade Bar Student Chapter. In 2024, as part of Thomas’s dedication and success, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honor society that recognizes law students who have excelled in advocacy and service at their law school.

Before law school, Thomas graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and from Kansas State University with a Master of Arts in English. In his prior career, Thomas worked in philanthropy as a grant writer. During his free time, Thomas enjoys reading, attending live sporting events, and exploring Miami.
