Megan Thermes is a dedicated Associate Attorney at Clarke Silverglate, where she applies her strong legal research and writing skills to serve clients effectively. Megan graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law, where she excelled both in the classroom and in her extracurricular activities.

Her academic achievements at FIU Law include earning CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Skills and Values II and Trademark and Geographic Indications, signifying her top performance in these advanced courses. Megan also made significant contributions as an Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review and Member of Moot Court, particularly in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. Her work helped the team receive the Best Brief award and earn Second Place overall in the competition. Additionally, Megan served as an FIU Law Ambassador, representing the law school with distinction and engaging with prospective students.

Prior to law school, Megan graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Tourism, Event, and Recreation Management. Her undergraduate studies provided her with a strong foundation in organizational and management skills, which she now applies in her legal practice. As a Miami native, Megan enjoys spending her free time at the beach or on the boat with friends and family.
