Spencer H. Silverglate Selected IADC President-Elect

July 2020 (Miami, FL) – Clarke Silverglate, P.A.’s Spencer H. Silverglate was named President-Elect of the IADC (International Association of Defense Counsel) at the organization’s 2020 Centennial Annual Meeting.  Mr. Silverglate’s work with the IADC spans 20 years, during which he also served as Director of the organization’s prestigious Trial Academy held at Stanford Law School.
 
Mr. Silverglate’s practice focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation and the defense of catastrophic personal injury and product liability claims and class and mass actions.  In addition, he serves on the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Arbitrators.  Mr. Silverglate has been recognized as one of the top litigators in South Florida and the United States.
