Clarke Silverglate Partners Spencer Silverglate and Craig Salner Obtain a Defense Summary Judgment in the District Court of New Jersey

August 2019 (Miami, FL) On June 27, 2019, Spencer Silverglate and Craig Salner of Clarke Silverglate, P.A. obtained a final summary judgment for their client M&M Management in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Plaintiff Aaron Wilson alleged that he was terminated based on his race and was retaliated against based on complaints of race discrimination. Silverglate and Salner proved that Wilson’s termination was for legitimate, non-discriminatory and non-retaliatory reasons. The district court granted summary judgment in a 37-page opinion:
