Miami, Florida – The South Florida commercial litigation law firm Clarke Silverglate, P.A. has named Co-Founder Spencer H. Silverglate as President of the firm, Frank Ramos as Managing Partner, and Craig Salner as Administrative Partner. Co-Founder and former President Mercer K. (“Bud”) Clarke remains actively engaged with the firm.
Spencer H. Silverglate has a national reputation as a trial lawyer handling complex business, insurance, and employment disputes and class actions and high stakes personal injury and product liability claims. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is consistently selected by a variety of publications as one of the top attorneys in South Florida and the United States. Spencer is a Past President of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and Florida Association of Managing Partners and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). In 2015 he led the IADC’s prestigious Trial Academy at Stanford University School of Law. Craig Salner was named a partner with Clarke Silverglate in 2011. He has a wealth of experience litigating commercial disputes and catastrophic personal injury matters.
