Clarke Silverglate Expands to New Office Space with the Addition of Two Partners

MIAMI – June 2023 – Clarke Silverglate, P.A., is pleased to announce its expansion to new offices at 5301 Blue Lagoon Drive in the Waterford Business District and the addition of two partners and a paralegal from national product liability firm Bowman and Brooke.
 
“After 30 years in Downtown Miami and Brickell Avenue, it was time for a change,” said firm President Spencer Silverglate, whose firm moved to the Waterford Business District overlooking Miami International Airport. “Lawyers like to huddle together,” added Silverglate, “but we chose to go where our clients are. Many of the country’s largest companies are located here.”

The firm also welcomes partners Shawn Libman and Stephanie Martinez Simm and paralegal, Cindy Perez.  Partner Shawn Libman represents businesses in disputes involving premises, product liability, and business litigation. She is an active member of the Defense Research Institute and is on the Retail and Hospitality Steering Committee. She is also a member of local Florida bar associates and charity organizations including the Junior League of Miami and the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation. Partner Stephanie Martinez Simm, a Martindale-Hubbell AV® rated attorney, is an appellate lawyer providing litigation and trial support. She has also been awarded “Outstanding Article of the Year” and “Excellence in Writing” by the Florida Bar Journal.
