The firm is pleased to announce that Shannon P. McKenna has become its newest partner.  Shannon is Florida Bar Board Certified in Appellate Practice, with over 18 years of experience in both civil and criminal courts.  With advanced degrees in both psychology and accounting, Shannon is equally adept with words and numbers.  And as a lawyer who graduated in the top 3.5% of her law school class, Shannon thrives on complex legal and factual issues. The more intricate the problem, the better Shannon likes it. 

Shannon has practiced before the Florida Supreme Court, all five Florida District Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (11th Circuit), and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. She has presented more than 50 oral arguments before the Florida District Courts of Appeal and four oral arguments before the Florida Supreme Court.
