Maria Londoño is an Associate Attorney at Clarke Silvergate.
Throughout law school, Ms. Londoño had the opportunity to clerk for several reputable law firms during which time she gained a wealth of experience litigating heavily contested medical malpractice cases. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Londoño commenced her legal career at a boutique law firm in Coral Gables, Florida, focusing her practice on general commercial litigation, construction litigation, and first-party property insurance claims.
Thereafter, Ms. Londoño focused her practice on complex commercial litigation, specializing primarily in the areas of banking, real estate, creditor’s rights, and securities litigation. Ms. Londono has represented leading financial institutions as well as public and private corporate entities at both the state and federal level in all phases of litigation. Specifically, Ms. Londono has litigated matters involving high risk contract disputes, UCC disputes, real property disputes, consumer protection law claims, and commercial foreclosures.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ms. Londoño was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2018. She graduated from Florida International University in 2013, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Global and Sociocultural Studies. In 2018, Ms. Londoño graduated from Nova Southeastern University of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree.
By way of her litigation experience, Ms. Londoño is invested in providing quality legal services to the firm’s corporate clients. Outside of the office, Ms. Londoño enjoys traveling, exercising, and collecting art.
