Barbara is an Associate at Clarke Silverglate. A long time Miami resident, Barbara received her J.D. with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Barbara interned with the United States Department of Homeland Security and placed second at an international commercial arbitration competition conducted entirely in the Spanish language.
Before joining Clarke Silverglate, Barbara practiced at a complex litigation boutique, where her practice concentrated primarily on multi-state class action litigation in matters involving allegations of fraud and unfair business practices. Barbara also has experience defending employers against a variety of discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits. Barbara practices employment law and general commercial litigation at Clarke Silverglate.
